Everything was nice, very helpful staff, astonishing views of the lake. The room was stocked and impressive, the location was handy. Location: the hotel was near the Cafe including Accommodation, other areas and most restaurants. Local fast food option Jimbo's Quality Seafood was 5 minutes walk away.

This venue has a deluxe vibe and the room we stayed in was impressively large. It was conveniently located near a beautiful rose garden. I also appreciated the clear instructions provided on how to operate the TV in the communal area. 🌹.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The surroundings were magnificent and peaceful, and the centuries-old buildings were well-kept and charming. We particularly enjoyed the warmth and cleanliness of our room with an old-world charm that was both inviting and accommodating. the staff, especially Michelle, were cute and professional. They made sure we had everything we needed, including a wonderful udon and dumplings meal cooked by Michelle. Breakfast at the cafe was delicious, and we were kinda surprised by the quality of the wines and pear cider we sampled.
Not obvious to find.

The gorgeous grounds were perfect for an evening stroll with a glass of wine. The hot tub was a great surprise and we enjoyed it while drinking a bottle of wine under the stars. Several breakfast and lunch options were complimentary, which was very convenient. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained.
The lack of in-room amenities made it difficult to relax in the evenings. The bathroom heat lamps were not effective, and although there were two showerheads, there wasn't enough water pressure to use both.

This hotel has a great location just off the highway, making it easily accessible. the rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with great pressure in the shower. the staff provides a complimentary breakfast and lunch, and the tea and coffee are free as well. Not to mention the beautiful grounds and stunning views.
The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room may be disappointing for some guests.

The location was convenient, being close to the highway and easily accessible. the staff was welcoming and friendly. the property had stunning gardens in full bloom, which were a pleasure to walk around. Our room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. the bed was one of the comfiest we have slept on and the pillows were great. It was also reasonably priced, which was a bonus.
The staff's response to an issue with no electricity to the heaters, kettle, and TV, which we were without for two nights in the middle of winter. Michelle, the manager, was not helpful and blamed us for the problem.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is very convenient, being just off the highway. The staff welcomed us with a refreshing drink and were attentive throughout our stay. The room was well-equipped with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We particularly enjoyed the sitting area and dressing area, as well as the comfortable garden furniture outside. The free toiletries and the cookware/kitchen utensils provided added to the overall convenience. The carpeted floor gave a cozy touch to the room, and we also appreciated the dining restaurant and picnic area/tables available for our use. The leisure garden area and the TV room were perfect for relaxation. The free Wi-Fi and parking, as well as the 24-hour security, were additional bonuses.
We would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The room we had was nice and cozy, perfect for a cold and windy day. We were welcomed with a roaring log fire, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We had the pleasure of tasting some fantastic wines at the Cellar door, and Michelle, who assisted us, was attentive. She were very good, even cooking us a delicious udon and dumplings dinner to enjoy by the fire. We couldn't have asked for better service.
